Dr Sevor and his nursing team are great. The 1 star is because the insurance and billing team is not so great. I am still waiting after half a year to get my refund of more than $400. When they collected my deposit I told them they were … More overcharging me. They calculated the payment at 50% and I told them my benefit was 80%. I begrudgingly paid the deposit they requested. It took 6 months and multiple phone calls from me, calling the billing office and the insurance carrier to get the entire claims paid. Dr Sevor’s billing office said they sent the necessary information. Insurance said they didn’t. There was no offer of proactive help from the billing office. I was just told to wait. A little over 5 months and multiple phone calls later I was able to get the full claim paid. I then called Dr Sevor’s billing office to get a refund processed. Over a month after the claim was processed and paid out, I am still waiting for my refund. It’s too bad. Again Dr Sevor is a great practitioner and would have given a 5 star review had it not been for the issues I had/still having with the billing department.

We came in for tooth extractions (broken teeth … More and some exposed from a broken crown) the procedures were pleasant and had no complications. Dr. Sevor also did some implants and due to potential gum disease, he was always very careful to let us know what we could do to help the gums get back into better shape so the implants stay secure. His staff is so kind and patient, since my father also has a hearing impairment, they always made sure he understood everything going on before it was done.
